Due to the nature of wellness and personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy helps ensure that all products we sell are safe, sealed, and effective for our customers.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

  • Opened or used wellness, beauty, or personal care products.
  • Items purchased more than 14 days ago.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
  • Personalized or special-order items.
  • Items on clearance or final sale.

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please:

  • Email info@fmihealthcare.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending the item back.
  • Ship the product to the address provided in our instructions (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product was incorrect or defective).

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
